STA has a preferred provider network of licensed clinicians who provide services to our mutual clients. STA continues to develop its network and we include providers on the following basis. They must have at least three years of post license experience providing psychotherapeutic interventions that include at least one specialty area. Potential STA providers must have graduated from an accredited program and completed their internship requirements from an accredited program.

Our providers usually have at least one additional certification in a specialty area in addition to the basic requirements. Providers are encouraged to focus on one or more specialty areas in their practice so that their experience is reflected in the skill with which they approach treatment of those areas.

If you are a provider and would like to join the STA PPO network, we invite you to email a request for an application. Presently we have providers listed throughout New Jersey and parts of New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

STA's PPO system is largely developed to provide services to the employees who are part of our EAP contracts. Joining our PPO network will provide you with opportunities to receive referrals for EAP services.
