We offer individual, couples, family and group counseling and psychological testing for all age ranges. STA has a team of full time permanent staff located in our Hackensack, Ramsey, River Edge, Fort Lee, Short Hills and Spring Valley, NY offices. We are not a loosely associated group of therapists paid fee-for-service but a fully integrated team of doctors and therapists working together to attend to your concerns. STA utilizes a multitude of approaches that include but are not limited to: cognitive and behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, family and systems theory, crisis intervention, disease prevention and management, short-term and brief therapies, philosophical counseling, and creative arts therapy including drama therapy. Additional non-clinical techniques and applications include mediation, executive assessment and development, quality of life and life coaching.
