Therapeutic support for teens ages 13 and up who are coping with depression, anxiety, and general life stressors. The group aims to help develop and promote healthy social interaction and provide the opportunity for teens to receive peer feedback in a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Topics include:

  • Dating/relationships
  • Academics
  • Bullying
  • Influence of media
  • Self-esteem

Groups are open-ended and most private insurances are accepted.
